Yieldrive is not a trading platform. It is exclusively a research platform. Yieldrive calculates the financial impacts of ESG factors on companies and assists users in comprehending the ESG value drivers of these companies in an uncomplicated way.
ESG factors, which are inherent in new regulations, initiatives, crises, scandals, or product launches, have an immediate impact on a company's outlook. As a result, Yieldrive updates its output of a company's financial ESG values daily to reflect such news.
Yieldrive Fair Value is an estimation of the company's fair value in 12 months considering ESG and financial performances as well as a company's transparency. It recalculates the company's Cost of Equity (COE) considering financial and ESG factors. The result is a higher or lower risk which then is applied to analysis' consensus of the stock price in 12 months. If ESG has a positive impact on the COE, the median stock price projected by analysts is adjusted upwards. If ESG has a negative impact, this projection will be corrected downwards. The Portfolio Adjuster is a function within the Portfolio section of the Yieldrive platform. Its aim is to help users construct a portfolio with the highest possible ESG performance level. Users begin by selecting and adding companies of their choice to their portfolios. The Portfolio Adjuster then adjusts the relative weightings of the portfolio’s components according to their ESG scores. As a result, companies with better ESG performances are given higher weightings than those with lower scores, and the overall ESG performance level of a user’s portfolio is optimized.
Using the Yieldrive filter, users can select the top 10, top 50 and top 100 companies according to ESG investment theme, geographical area and industry. Users can also drill down further and see the best ESG driven companies according to hundreds of individual ESG and financial indicators.
